Promotional SMS:Works between 9am to 9pm, Doesn’t deliver on DND numbers(Do Not Disturb) Used mainly for promotion of any product or service.
Transactional SMS:Works 24 Hours a day. It delivers on DND number also. Used mainly for informative purpose!
